COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the U.s. Motors H60P2H parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Uticor-Q2-Panel products, including obsoleted and phased-out U.s.-Motors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vacon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Uticor-Q2-Panel such as the 100GUQ08T2R1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HW25V2G2 manufactured by U.s.-Motors and we are pleased to be able to service most U.s.-Motors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 00201L00041R02 by Manufacturer Vacon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Uniop Brand eTOP315 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vacon such as VACONX4C200030C equipment made by Vacon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vacon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vacon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 181A0022 made by Valbia as well as the popular U15D10C original spares produced by U.s.-Motors Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NXL0075C2H1SSS0000 by Vacon and VACONX4C200030C spares by Vacon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 012001165 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ultratech-Stepper. |
